Overview
Asteria Engine notifications surface events that need attention, while notification settings control how those events reach you.
Review Notifications
Use the bell in the workspace header for recent activity, or open Notifications for the full list. You can filter to unread items, expand a notification, mark individual items as read, or mark all as read.
Clearing read notifications removes older completed items from the list. It does not undo the underlying event.
Configure Delivery
Open Settings, then Notifications. Depending on workspace configuration and your contact details, delivery options can include:
- email notifications
- SMS notifications
- browser push notifications
Browser push requires permission in the current browser. If permission was denied previously, update the site permission in the browser before trying again. SMS delivery requires a phone number on your profile.
Choose only the alerts you can act on. Disabling a personal delivery channel does not necessarily stop workspace-level processes for other members.
