Website Widget and Conversation Nurture Guide

Configure the website reply experience, approved knowledge, lead capture, and human hand-off workflow.

Overview

The Website Widget brings the Asteria Engine reply experience onto your website. Conversation Nurture controls how the agent continues eligible conversations and moves useful enquiries toward a clear next step.

Configure the Website Widget

  1. Open Settings and select Website Widget.
  2. Configure the public-facing identity and behaviour available to your workspace.
  3. Add the approved installation snippet to your website.
  4. Test the widget on desktop and mobile before making it visible to all visitors.

Add approved business information to the Knowledge Base before expecting the widget to answer detailed questions reliably.

Configure Conversation Nurture

Open Settings, then Conversation Nurture. Review which conversations are eligible, what information the agent may request, and when a person should take over.

Keep nurture prompts specific and restrained. Do not ask for sensitive information in ordinary social or website conversations. Ensure that email, optional phone collection, booking links, and owner notifications match your privacy notice and operating process.

Monitor the Workflow

Review live conversations in Inbox, check captured leads in Leads, and verify appointments in Bookings. Automation should make hand-off clearer, not hide conversations from the team.

Put the guide into practice

Build the workflow in a live Asteria Engine workspace.

Connect your channels, add brand context, and turn the setup steps in this guide into draftable, schedulable content.
